The role requires 2+ years of retail management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; retail systems experience.
• Ability to analyze selling reports and identify trends.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak seasons.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Client & Service Leadership: model service and selling standards; lead a high-energy environment; drive omni-channel and client books and loyalty programs.
• Team Development & Leadership: recruit, onboard and coach; manage performance; lead in absence of Store Leader; foster inclusive culture.
• Sales & Business Planning: own sales plans and forecasts; analyze market data with corporate teams.
• Brand & Visual Standards: uphold Kate Spade aesthetics and visual directives; communicate stock trends and customer feedback.
• Operational Excellence: oversee opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling and payroll; support inventory and livestream shopping.
