• College degree preferred
• Prior luxury goods experience preferred

• Oversee client development by building and maintaining relationships to drive sales.
• Develop business initiatives to attract new customers and encourage repeat business.
• Ensure associates use client books to generate sales through reviews.
• Maintain standards and courtesy policy across clientele.
• Provide coaching on sales training to achieve customer service excellence.
