You should have retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and comfort with omni/virtual selling. The role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with emphasis on delivering exceptional service and driving store

Qualifications

• Retail experience or equivalent customer-facing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide styling advice with product knowledge.
• Create complete looks and demonstrate multiple ways to wear items.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
• Maintain stockroom organization and support POS transactions.
• Encourage repeat visits and build customer relationships.
