Job summary

COS in Montreal is seeking a Store Manager to own store performance, lead a dynamic team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive sales and profitability. You will balance front‑of‑house energy with back‑end operations, recruit and onboard talent, and ensure compliance and visual standards while fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with compensation in the CAD range of $74,841–$84,203 and a local contract.

• Inspire and lead a team of managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to exceed service and operational standards.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members.
• Identify high-potential individuals and create development plans for career growth.
• Oversee store operations including compliance and visual merchandising to maintain efficiency and standards.
