Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers and explain product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a customer-focused sales floor presence.
• Create a positive, safe, inclusive environment for staff and customers.
• Lead and coach others to meet service standards and omni-channel goals.
• Execute assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Take on Leader on Duty duties, driving results and resolving customer concerns.
• Use customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Foster loyalty through company programs and promotions.
• Provide timely feedback to the store team and address performance.
