Job summary

The Childrens Place in Kamloops, BC is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and serving as Leader on Duty (LOD). You will represent the brand, engage customers, maintain store standards, and support teamwork and employee development.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, coordinating payroll, adjusting schedules, and upholding CRE standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing talent through coaching and training of associates.
• Work with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Support company training and development initiatives.
• Maintain a positive store environment and provide timely feedback.
• Assist in daily performance reviews and feedback.
• Motivate staff to build brand loyalty and strong customer service.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
• Represent the company professionally to customers.
