Job summary

The Childrens Place in Orleans, Ontario, is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team by handling cash-wrap, opening and closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). The Store Lead will represent the brand, operate in a professional manner, engage customers, maintain store standards, and support teamwork and employee development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years previous retail experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cash-wrap operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Lead on Duty to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Coach and train associates to develop talent.
• Maintain store standards and inventory control.
• Process payroll weekly and manage schedules as needed.
