SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to lead daily store operations and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will coach Team Members, manage floor performance, and partner with leadership to meet KPIs while upholding brand standards.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in retail, strong communication, and the ability to motivate a fast-paced team in a fashion environment. Open availability is expected, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset, delivering warm, personalized service on the floor and model these behaviors for the team.
• Drive performance through zone management, coaching, and team motivation as Sales Floor Captain.
• Execute daily tasks and operations with a lens of Operational Excellence including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
