Lush North America is seeking a Store Manager in Alberta to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across our retail location. You’ll recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while upholding our brand values and standards.

You’ll manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and visual excellence. A passion for skincare and ethical business helps you inspire others and grow with Lush.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
