Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in areas like visual merchandising, customer service, back room and merchandise processing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations with clear updates and team alignment.
• Plan and prioritize tasks while guiding Associates on service policies and procedures.
• Train and develop Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service, promoting collaboration.
• Enhance store branding by creating eye-catching displays in key areas.
