Prairie Records is seeking a Retail Experience Lead to oversee daily store operations, open/close duties, and supervise staff during shifts. You will ensure store presentation meets company standards and serve as a knowledge resource for the team.

You will greet customers, assist cashiers, manage cash handling, and address complaints while upholding compliance and education. This role emphasizes excellent service and timely problem solving in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Provincial Cannabis Certification required.
• Clear criminal record.
• Experience in all aspects of customer service.

• Open and close the retail store and manage alarms.
• Greet and assist customers, modeling exemplary conduct.
