Job summary

Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador to lead sales floor presence, deliver exceptional customer experiences and embody Coach values. You will support store operations, implement company initiatives, and drive business growth through collaboration and development of the team.

The role emphasizes maintaining a customer-centric culture, mentoring team members on clienteling strategies, and upholding policies to ensure a positive work environment and strong sales performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver on the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
