Qualifications

• 1+ years of lead supervisor-level retail management experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed on the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and improve store performance.
• Recruit, interview, and train store staff; provide feedback to improve performance.
• Enforce Company policies and store procedures to ensure consistency.
