As an Assistant Store Manager, you will coach and develop your store team to deliver world-class service to all customers and help Pet Parents find the right nutrition and solutions for their pets. What You Do

• Ensure customer service standards are met; maintain courteous relationships within the community (e.g., Humane Society)
• Manage a team including recruiting, scheduling, training, assigning tasks, supervising, and coaching
• Ensure staff adhere to operational standards and procedures
• Coordinate order placements, maintain inventory, complete store and safety audits, handle minor repairs, and complete corporate paperwork
• Achieve targeted business results through team efforts
• Perform other duties as required

• Minimum 2 years of customer service and retail management experience
• Enthusiasm for pet care industry growth
• Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and availability for weekends and evenings
