Job summary

QuadReal Self Storage Management LP is seeking a customer-focused team member to advise clients on storage solutions, process reservations, and manage rent collection. You will upsell moving supplies and maintain unit readiness in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and strong communication skills, with the ability to work weekends and collaborate with a team while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proven background in customer service and retail sales
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
• Energy, enthusiasm, and pride in your work
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Ability to work weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to determine the best storage solutions
• Deliver outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and by email
• Follow up on inquiries, confirm reservations, rent units, and prepare rental documents
• Sell/upsell merchandise such as boxes and moving supplies
• Complete daily administrative duties and reports
• Collect rent payments and follow up on outstanding accounts
• Perform daily inspections of rental units and maintain security
• Maintain property appearance and cleanliness
