Job summary

Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) for a temporary, full-time daytime role at our Cornwall locations. You will blend customer service, sales, and property operations to pair customers with storage solutions while keeping the facility safe and welcoming.

You will handle in-person, phone, and online inquiries, convert leads to rentals, process agreements and payments, and support collections and inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Background check is required.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and daily reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
