Stone Security, a BearCom company, seeks a Project Manager to lead security projects from initiation through implementation in Canada. Coordinate permits, schedules, subcontractors, and budgets while ensuring on-time delivery and within budget. Requires 5+ years in security/project management, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of security and project management experience.
• Able to engage with all levels of management.
• Experience in construction field and security industry.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint).
• Strong technical knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion.
• Experience with LenelS2 and Milestone preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project progression from inception to completion, including permits, material delivery, contracting, and subcontractor management.
• Maintain installation schedules and coordinate task scheduling with other trades.
• Plan and schedule engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities.
• Manage multiple projects across the Southeast without supervision.
• Control project budget and profitability; manage change orders.
