Job summary

Sephora Canada in West Vancouver is seeking an Operations Consultant working with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and update merchandise. This full-time role supports client service, store presentation and merchandising across the store.

You will assist with shipments, inventory, and POS operations, and may train other cashiers and consultants. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is required for this position in a fragrance-filled environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in retail/client service; stockroom experience preferred.
• Good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to clients during store hours.
• Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS/MPOS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier zone.
• Support SEPHORA merchandising concepts and stockroom standards.
• Assist with shipments, stock organization, and inventory control.
• Report inventory and visual issues to supervisors.
