Job summary

Qualifications

What You Will Do

• Maintain organized and clearly identified stockroom locations to support efficient material retrieval and inventory control.
• Issue materials and components to production teams in accordance with work orders, production schedules, and material requests.
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to maintain accurate stock levels within the inventory management system.
• Support material movement between receiving, stockroom storage, and production areas to ensure materials are available when required.
• Maintain safe and clean stockroom conditions while following company procedures for material handling and storage.

Qualification You Must Have

• 2-3+ years of experience working in a stockroom, warehouse, inventory, or materials handling role.
• Experience receiving, storing, and issuing materials in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Computer skills are required, including experience entering transactions into inventory or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling materials and maintaining inventory records.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials and operate material handling equipment where required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to support production teams in a fast paced operational environment.
• Knowledge of and compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and internal EHS policies.
• Demonstrated commitment to Raytheon ELCAN's values: respect, trust, and team collaboration.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience working with inventory management systems, barcoding, or material tracking tools is considered an asset.

The salary range for this role is 47,000 CAD - 84,000 CAD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
