Pratt & Whitney in Midland, Ontario is searching for a Contract Manager to aid both the Commercial and Supply Chain teams in managing and administration of contracts. The role focuses on negotiating various agreements and ensuring compliance with accepted standards.
Ideal candidates will have a background in Contracts or Business Administration and must be capable of obtaining a Level 2 Secret security clearance.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Contracts and Supply Chain, the Contract Manager’s primary responsibility will be to support both the Commercial and Supply Chain teams. The main aspects of the role will include negotiations, maintenance, management and administration of Commercial Terms and Conditions, Supply Chain Contracts and contractual flow downs, teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other documents or agreements as required and related to other functions, such as Digital Technology, Health & Safety and Human Resources. Other duties include reviewing RFQ and Gate packages to confirm compliance with relevant proposals, and Raytheon guidelines.
The salary range for this role is 101,500 CAD - 151,500 CAD.
