Job summary

Qualifications

• Age – 18 or older.

• Experience leading teams or shifts is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing direction and coordination of tasks as per priorities from supervisors.
• Monitor department presentation and merchandising, implement changes as needed.
• Lead daily team huddle and share updates, set goals, track productivity.
• Ensure security of high-ticket items and safe store operations; perform daily audits.
• Review schedules with People Lead and support training opportunities.
• Contribute to a safe, clean work environment by following policy and completing checks.
• Support GTA/Workday tasks and assist Management.
• Assist Coach/People Lead with performance conversations and recruitment.
