Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Backroom and Unloading Associate to assist in leading the backroom and unloading processes, respond to problems and inquiries, and develop associates through teaching and training, while delivering a high level of customer service.

The role plans and executes department activities based on workload, assists on the salesfloor as needed, coordinates task completion, and maintains safety, merchandising, and stock security.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting customers and assisting with product/service decisions.
• Coordinate task completion and guide Associates per priorities from coaching staff.
• Maintain backroom and merchandising standards, perform daily audits and safety checks.
• Lead daily team huddles, communicate updates, and monitor productivity.
• Support recruiting and onboarding of new Associates.
