Job summary

Walmart Canada Corp is hiring for a stocking associate in Brandon, MB. You will provide courteous Customer Service, greet shoppers, help locate merchandise, promote products and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities include workload reviews, signing merchandise, maintaining shelf integrity, handling CAP/VizPicking bins, using proper fixtures and tools, and preparing the backroom for stock unloading in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
