Job summary

Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product selection, signing merchandise, and supporting the Customer Availability Process while following store policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting with product promotion and decisions, and resolving issues as appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for the assigned area(s) of the store.
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete tasks.
• Contributing to a safe, clean environment by following policy and safety procedures.
• Preparing backroom for stock unloading.
