Job summary

Walmart Canada in Langford, BC is seeking an associate to provide customer service and perform stocking duties in a safe, clean environment. You will stock picks and new merchandise as part of a team, prioritizing workload and operational needs.

You’ll greet customers, assist with locating items, sign merchandise, maintain shelf integrity, support stock unloads, and uphold safety standards.

• Age – 16 or older

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
