Job summary

The ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Stock Coordinator for Call It Spring at Tsawwassen Mills in British Columbia. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help manage inventory, shipments, and store readiness to ensure a smooth customer flow.

You'll support daily operations, maintain a clean backstore, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to an energetic, fashion-focused team. Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts is required, with employee discounts and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or service experience is a plus.
• Interest in fashion and customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently.
• Keep the backstore clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales.
• Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines.
• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and backstore, and assisting with visual setup.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Stock Coordinator keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly. From staying on top of inventory to making sure the store is always ready for customers, you play a key role in keeping the flow going.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently
• Keep the backstore clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales
• Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines
• Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and backstore, and helping with visual setup
