Job summary

ALDO Group in Victoria, BC is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate for Call It Spring at Mayfair. You will drive sales, deliver an engaging in-store experience, and represent the brand with energy, fashion sense, and a customer-first attitude.

You will support visual merchandising, restocking, and daily store operations while following policies on payments, discounts, returns and loss prevention. Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts is required, with a starting wage of $18.25 per hour.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO is all about driving sales while creating a great in-store experience. You bring the energy, the style, and the attitude that keeps customers coming back.

What You'll Be Doing

• Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays
• Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
• Support daily operations like restocking and backstore tasks
• Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome
