Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and process new merchandise deliveries to keep styles moving.
• Manage merchandise flow and organize stock for easy access.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-of-house and stockroom environment.
• Inform team about product availability, restocks, and new arrivals.
• Follow policies, procedures, pricing standards, and loss prevention practices to protect the brand.
• Keep every area customer-ready by maintaining cleanliness on sales floor and stockroom.
• Support teammates on the sales floor to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist with special projects or busy shipment days to help achieve store goals.
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude in a fast-paced fashion environment.

We are looking for Stock Associates at Chinook to join us to help keep the store moving by making sure the latest must-have styles are received, organized and sales-floor ready, while jumping in wherever needed to support the day-to-day success of the store.

Your Daily Hustle (Key Responsibilities)

• Keep the latest must-have styles moving by accurately receiving, unpacking, and processing new merchandise deliveries.
• Own the flow of product by managing merchandise movement in and out of the store, ensuring inventory is organized, accurate, and easy to access.
• Create a stockroom that works as hard as you do by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient back-of-house environment.
• Be the go-to for what's new by keeping the team informed on product availability, restocks, and fresh arrivals hitting the store.
• Help protect the brand by following company policies, operational procedures, pricing standards, and loss prevention practices.
• Keep every space customer-ready by supporting store recovery, maintaining cleanliness throughout the sales floor and stockroom, and helping ensure the store always looks its best.
• Jump onto the sales floor when needed to support teammates and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Pitch in wherever needed, whether it's tackling a special project, supporting a busy shipment day, or helping the team achieve store goals.
• Bring a positive attitude and team-first mindset while helping create an energetic, fast-paced, and fashion-focused environment.

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to process information or merchandise through computer system and POS register system.
