Job summary

Wickaninnish Inn is seeking a Dishwasher/Steward to support our Relais & Châteaux property on the West Coast. You will help maintain sanitary tableware, flatware and glassware, and enable the Culinary and Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service while upholding Forbes, AAA Diamond standards.

Ideal candidates are team-oriented, punctual, calm under pressure, able to multitask and commit to the position for the agreed period; a professional attitude and attention to detail are

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond and Forbes Standards.
• Ensure all tableware, flatware and glassware are hygienically sanitized.
• Ensure Kitchen and Kitchen preparation area are clean and free from debris.
• Receive and put away new stock orders.
• Daily transport all refuse and recycling from Kitchen and Kitchen preparation areas.

As a Dishwasher/Steward You Will

Salary/Wage: $19.00 per hour, with a staff meal provided during every shift. Paid overtime.
