Job summary

LightHouse Dental – Chatham in Ontario is seeking a Sterilization Assistant to clean, package, sterilize, and store dental instruments in IPAC-compliant conditions, ensuring a sterile processing area. You will operate sterilization equipment and document testing to meet provincial regulations.

Experience in sterilization and Dental Assisting or MDRT programs are assets, with a focus on quality patient care and collaboration with the clinical team to support patient flow.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited Dental Assisting or MDRT programs preferred.
• Experience with IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control) is an asset.
• Previous sterilization experience is considered an asset.
