Give and Go Prepared Foods Corp. is a North American manufacturer of baked goods, located in Ontario, seeking a Start-Up Project Lead to oversee planning and execution of start-up activities, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and coordinating with key project interfaces.

You will drive start-up strategy, qualification, commissioning planning and risk management while building team capability and applying global standards.

Qualifications

• College diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of management-level experience in Maintenance, Engineering or Production.
• Experience leading CI projects incorporating 5S, Kanban, Visual Management, and Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up planning and implementation, ensuring schedule and budget alignment.
• Develop start-up plans, glide paths and operation assessments.
• Provide training and coaching on start-up processes and build team capability on Global Standard CQV templates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure change management and issue resolution processes.
