Job summary

Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp. is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Lead in Canada to plan, manage and execute lead and supported projects across all locations. You will partner with Operations and Engineering to ensure business continuity of facilities systems and infrastructure.

The role requires a 4-year engineering degree, 8+ years in PM, and a P.Eng. license in Ontario, with strong leadership, budgeting and communications skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing industry (Pharma, etc).
• Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) license in Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facilities projects across Give & Go locations.
• Create and manage project budgets, timelines and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors on drawings and tender documents.
• Submit government permits and ensure building code compliance.
• Provide technical support to Operations and Engineering for business continuity.
• Coach and mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement.
