About the Role

We are looking for a versatile Product Engineer who builds reusable building blocks across the stack and takes end‑to‑end ownership of features. Work with product, design, and engineering to ship high‑quality software at a fast pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a large portion of a product and manage projects end‑to‑end; collaborate with product and design.
• Research competitors, write product specs, and create wireframes.
• Design and implement features such as automated interview scheduling, declarative filter architectures, and in‑app signing workflows.
• Build reusable systems that serve multiple products and improve core infrastructure.
• Integrate with backend services, compile to SQL, and deploy with CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications & Fit

• Comfortable working across the full stack; able to write frontend, backend, or infrastructure code.
• Experience handling product and technical ambiguity and delivering at the intersection of the two.
• Strong balance of speed and quality; can ship features quickly while maintaining high quality.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and open to feedback.
• Excellent collaborator and communicator, vetting decisions with stakeholders.
• Ability to create leverage through automation and abstractions.
• History of owning projects end‑to‑end; not seeking traditional tech lead or staff‑level roles.
