About the Role

As a Product Engineer at Ashby, you will own end‑to‑end projects across the product and design spectrum. You will research competitors, write product specifications, create wireframes, and deliver features that impact tens of thousands of daily users.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reusable building blocks that span the stack.

• Write clear product specifications and wireframes.

• Examples of work: automated interview scheduling, declarative filtering architecture, and integrated offer signing.
