Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is seeking a Colleague Services Agent to enhance the day‑to‑day experience of team members. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about maintaining a supportive environment within a national park setting.

The role involves guest-facing tasks, cleaning, furniture movement, equipment rentals, mail duties, and ensuring housing standards. A valid Alberta Class 5 licence is required, with flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proactive and organized individual with a passion for maintaining a supportive work environment.
• Must hold a valid Alberta Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry and move heavy items on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome internal guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Janitorial duties including garbage removal, recycling, cleaning floors and public spaces.
• Move heavy furniture between buildings and manage equipment rentals.
• Ensure staff housing cleanliness and issue clean uniforms and dry cleaning.
• Sort and deliver mail daily to staff and hotel locations.
