Job summary

Purelend Technologies Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the evolution of the mortgage intelligence platform in Canada, with emphasis on AI, financial data, regulated lending, and critical workflows.

You’ll own products from discovery through launch and adoption, working at the intersection of technology and finance to build scalable mortgage origination solutions that improve accuracy and speed for lenders and borrowers alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in fintech, mortgage tech, lending, or regulated data-intensive industries.
• Track record shipping enterprise software for critical workflows.
• Experience with AI-, automation-, or data-intensive products.
• Strong customer discovery skills and cross-functional influence.
• Excellent communication and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product for mortgage intelligence platform, from borrower engagement to lender-ready packaging.
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap balancing immediate needs with long-term goals.
• Engage with borrowers, brokers, underwriters, lenders, and ops to identify high-value problems.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to create trusted, usable mortgage workflows.
• Translate lending policies into scalable product rules and audit trails.
• Lead discovery through pilot, launch, adoption, and iteration with clear requirements.
