Job summary

AutoTrader.ca in Canada seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive fintech initiatives, owning strategy, roadmap and execution for lending, dealer workflows, and lender experiences across Canada.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, data, commercial teams, lenders and partners to translate needs into measurable product directions and outcomes. This is a high-visibility IC role with direct impact on priorities and customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Proven experience owning strategy, roadmap, execution and outcomes for complex products.
• Strong data-informed decision making and metric-driven thinking.
• Collaborative, able to partner with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Experience applying AI tools across product work.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and full lifecycle for key fintech product areas.
• Define success metrics, monitor adoption and business impact using data.
• Partner with lenders, dealers and internal stakeholders to shape platform needs.
• Lead discovery through customer research, data analysis and experiments.
• Translate needs into clear priorities, requirements and user stories.
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and make decisions with incomplete data.
• Communicate vision, strategy and launch impact to executives and teams.
