Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Staff Product Manager to steer identity and security initiatives across Atlas, the core database, and developer platforms. You will shape authentication, authorization, and access control strategies for non-human identities and AI-enabled workflows.

You will partner with engineering, UX, GTM, and customers to deliver enterprise-grade, developer-friendly identity experiences with security by default.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, Security Architecture, or Technical Leadership in IAM, Cloud Security, or Enterprise Infrastructure.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and guiding decisions in ambiguity.
• Deep domain knowledge in authentication, authorization, federation protocols, and policy-based access management.

Responsibilities

• Set and champion a multi-year product strategy for identity and security across MongoDB Atlas, core database engine, and developer platforms.
• Identify opportunities, build business cases, and present to senior leadership.
• Lead workload identity federation and programmatic access initiatives across cloud and enterprise identity environments.
• Define secure authorization approaches for AI agents and MCP clients, including delegation and policy controls.
• Drive developer-first access management while maintaining strong security velocity.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, GTM, and executives to validate requirements and measure adoption.
