Job summary

dbt Labs seeks a Senior Product Manager for Enterprise and Deployments to own the trust and access layer of the dbt platform, including authentication primitives, SSO, RBAC, and deployment footprint.

You will work across IAM and Transport teams, collaborating with security, compliance, and field teams to drive enterprise adoption and regional expansion. Strong technical and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with focus on identity/security/infrastructure products.
• Direct experience with authentication and authorization (SSO, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC).
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS deployment models.
• Strong technical foundation for architecture discussions with engineering teams.
• Comfort presenting to enterprise security and platform teams.
• Excellent written communication and ability to explain security decisions.
• Comfort operating asynchronously on distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for identity, access, and deployment across the dbt platform.
• Make enterprise security a driver for wins, not a hurdle to clear.
• Lead migration from single-tenant to multi-tenant deployments.
• Unlock new regions and cloud deployments with data residency considerations.
• Own the front door involving login, sign-up, and account discovery.
• Give admins self-serve capabilities for provisioning and auditing users.
• Be the product voice in enterprise security reviews with field, security, and compliance.
• Partner with infrastructure and platform teams on telemetry and observability.
