Job summary

Affir is seeking a Staff Product Manager on the Credit & Pricing team to shape how consumers discover and use credit options, spanning shopping, repayment, and marketing. You will own the strategy and translate complex credit capabilities into intuitive experiences that boost activation, conversion, and repeat engagement.

The role requires leading cross‑functional teams, market awareness of consumer credit dynamics, and a strong product judgment to balance user needs with risk and business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to translate complex credit systems into intuitive experiences.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Credit, Marketing, Commercial, and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction and define a cohesive vision for consumer credit experiences.
• Build experiences that help consumers explore financing options and understand credit availability.
• Create personalized consumer journeys using research and experiments to meet needs.
• Connect platform capabilities to consumer outcomes with merchant prequalification experiences.
• Lead consequential product decisions with cross-functional partners and clear recommendations.
• Define success and use funnel analysis and feedback to improve activation and engagement.
