Job summary

Affir is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Credit & Pricing team to shape consumer credit experiences from discovery to activation and engagement. You’ll translate customer insights into a clear product vision, working with design, engineering, and analytics to deliver intuitive financing options at checkout.

You’ll lead cross-functional decisions, guide researchers, and measure funnel outcomes to improve activation and conversion while ensuring responsible access to credit.

Qualifications

• A record of building impactful consumer products.
• 7+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated success taking products from discovery through launch and scaling adoption.
• Leadership across teams and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strategic and technical depth with ability to work with engineers on capabilities.
• Analytical and experimental rigor with customer research and data.
• Ownership in ambiguity and ability to structure open-ended problems.
• Domain curiosity in credit, lending, personalization, or AI-powered experiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction and define a cohesive vision for consumer credit experiences.
• Build experiences that make credit understandable and explore financing options before checkout.
• Create personalized consumer journeys and translate research into action.
• Connect platform capabilities to outcomes for merchant prequalification and purchasing power.
