Talanto is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the AI Builder Experience Partner Platform. You will own the product vision and roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable, self-serve partner experience centered on secure APIs, billing, onboarding, and enterprise controls.

The role requires deep technical fluency with APIs, authentication, distributed systems, and platform boundaries. You will collaborate with engineering, design, IAM, analytics, and field teams to drive

Qualifications

8+ years of product management or equivalent experience focusing on complex technical products, APIs, or developer tools.
Experience building products for developers, AI-native workflows, or platform ecosystems.
Strong ability to translate external needs into a coherent product strategy without creating a collection of one-off requests.

Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Partner Platform, starting with the Partner API and expanding toward a scalable self-serve experience.
Turn partner and customer needs into concrete product bets and prioritize near-term delivery aligned with long-term strategy.
Build upcoming phases of the Partner API, onboarding, controls, billing, discovery, and integration quality.
Establish a repeatable operating model for partner intake, engagement, launch readiness, documentation, and post-launch learning.
