Job summary

Robots & Pencils is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define product strategy and lead delivery across major client engagements. You will own the full product lifecycle, build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, and bring both strategic vision and hands‑on delivery discipline to the engagements you support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with a consultative background
• Experience defining strategy and vision for complex digital engagements
• Proven ability to lead discovery, roadmapping, and delivery across multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong executive communication and client advisory skills
• Experience driving cross-functional alignment without formal authority
• Knowledge of product success metrics and data-driven decision making
• Experience in AI/ML product development or data platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and vision for major client engagements
• Own the product roadmap end-to-end
• Lead discovery and problem framing with senior client stakeholders
• Define success metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, delivery, and strategy
• Apply AI tools to accelerate discovery, research synthesis, and documentation
• Build trusted advisor relationships with executive leadership
• Communicate tradeoffs and recommendations at the executive level
• Lead stakeholder workshops and decision-making forums across large organizations
• Mentor PMs and establish delivery standards
