Job summary

AltaML Inc. is seeking a technically oriented product leader to own the AltaForge roadmap and balance cost, capability, and reuse. You will steer technical decisions, run spikes with AI tools, and align with developer teams to scale solutions for clients.

You bring hands-on engineering experience, a track record of product decisions with measurable impact, and comfort working with agentic systems and LLMs in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

Real systems shipped and maintained.
Managed products from a technical perspective.
Experience with agentic systems and LLM applications.
Observability, developer tooling or platform work for developers.
Work with AI tooling daily (e.g., Claude, agents, Claude Code).
Made technology choices and understood consequences.
Able to explain technical calls to non-engineers.

Responsibilities

Own the technical product roadmap for the AltaForge platform.
Conduct technical discovery with the team to guide decisions.
Vet products/frameworks and validate them with quick spikes.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure scalable, observable platforms for clients.
