Positions available: 2x 37.5 hours
We are seeking innovative and motivated Staff Nurses with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our teams in the Calderdale locality.
You will work as part of a team, demonstrating evidence-based practice and providing high-quality care within our services.
As a Staff Nurse, you should have a passion for working with school-aged children and young people. Your role will include facilitating assessments, delivering brief interventions, implementing proactive public health initiatives, and working both independently and as part of a multi-agency team.
You will operate in various settings, including schools, partner agencies, and homes, employing flexible and creative approaches to meet the diverse health needs of the 5-19 age group. Flexibility in undertaking health needs assessments and determining health priorities is essential.
