Fetch is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to lead company-wide measurement, causal strategy, and strategic modeling. You will define canonical metrics and semantic standards, shaping FetchGPT outputs and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science or applied research at staff/principal scope.
• Deep expertise in causal inference, experimental design, and observational analysis.
• Experience defining and owning company-level measurement frameworks and metrics.
• Proven ability to influence executive decision-making with uncertainty and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own company-level measurement framework anchored in MAU × ARPU.
• Architect the semantic mart and metric logic powering FetchGPT and insights.
• Lead scientific governance, experimentation, and reproducibility across teams.
• Own cross-company models like marketing mix, elasticity, forecasting for leadership planning.
