Job summary

Fetch is seeking a senior data scientist to own the data science strategy for ranking and relevance. You will partner with product, engineering, and ML teams to drive advertiser outcomes, user value, and long-term economics, building scalable frameworks and reusable methods for consistent scientific quality.

You will design experiments, measure impact across advertiser and user segments, mentor analysts, and guide senior stakeholders on prioritization and product decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science, ML, or analytics in product-driven env.
• Own analytical roadmap for ranking/relevance or recommendations.
• Explain prioritization and trade-offs behind decisions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and engineering.
• Define marketplace KPI framework and its impact on economics.
• Demonstrated business impact beyond single metrics.

Responsibilities
