Trulioo Information Services Inc. seeks a Staff Engineer or Architect for the Agentic AI Team to design, build, and own end-to-end agent systems for identity, fraud, risk, and commerce workflows.

You will own the eval harness and observability for what you ship, and leverage AI to improve productivity and decision-making. Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with production impact.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, prompts, and tool use.
• Ability to own features end-to-end and communicate trade-offs clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own agent systems end-to-end for identity, fraud, risk, and commerce workflows.
• Own eval harness and observability for shipped features.
• Troubleshoot non-deterministic failures across models, tools, and infra.
• Operate in a compliance-heavy, globally regulated domain with proper oversight.
• Set and communicate a technical vision for teammates and agents.
