lululemon seeks a Senior Software Engineer - AI Agents to design and implement scalable AI-powered systems across services. You will drive architecture, review code, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product teams to align technical strategy with business goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with LLMs, agent workflows, and AWS-based tooling, with a hybrid work model and strong focus on reliability and security within a Canadian context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's beneficial.
• 6–10 years of software development experience across teams.
• Proven ability to write exemplary code and set coding standards.
• Ability to decompose complex problems into scalable solutions across services.
• Experience designing integration solutions across domain areas.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and tool calls.
• Hands-on building AI agents and agentic workflows on AWS.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock and integration patterns.
• Experience with CrewAI, LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Experience serverless AI applications on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, S3, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Experience designing MCP servers/clients and secure tool integration.
• Understanding of Python programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of complex systems spanning multiple services within architectural frameworks.
• Write exemplary code and serve as technical reference for teams.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and engineering best practices.
• Provide technical input to architects on system design and integration approaches.
• Lead code quality and design reviews across teams for alignment.
