Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company seeks an SSHE professional to develop and execute safety, health and environmental programs at the plant, coordinating with Production, QA and Logistics to meet targets.

You will lead safety initiatives, audits, risk assessments, contractor management, and incident investigations, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement while supporting a culture of safety and performance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in engineering or safety related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement and sustain safety, health & environment programs at the plant.
• Co-chair JHSC and interact with regulatory bodies to meet occupational health & safety standards.
• Execute site safety & security risk management and compliance.
• Lead safety initiatives with production and engineering teams.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigation and corrective actions.
• Organize CSHEC meetings and conduct site safety audits.
